Deposit/ Payment

In order to ensure the reservation of your wedding date, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required, and will not be refunded for any reason including cancellation.  In the event of an extreme emergency or for any other reason I were unable to perform your ceremony on the date agreed upon, I will notify you and you will receive a full refund including your deposit. All remaining balances must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the date of your wedding ceremony. Deposits and payments can be made by cash or check. If paying by check, make payable to Joseph Flores. Payments can be mailed to my office address for your convenience contact me for contract to mail if paying by check. You will also need to enclose a copy of the contract completed and signed by both bride and groom. You may obtain a copy from me in person when we meet or I would also be happy to mail one to you if you would like. Never send cash for payment by mail! You may make prior arrangements with me to meet in person so that payment is received for any deposit and/or balance. If you are having any person/s who are sponsoring your ceremony as a wedding gift, it is ultimately the responsibility of bride and groom to ensure that the non-refundable deposit as well as all payments are made by the appropriate deadline agreed upon. Remember, your ceremony date can not be reserved officially until the deposit is paid and the contract is completed and signed. I will provide you with your own copy for your records, as well as receipts for all transactions made.

If for any reason you need to make any changes such as the date of your ceremony, venue, or time of ceremony, these adjustments must be conveyed to me as soon as you are aware of them. If I am not made aware of these changes, I will not be responsible for any issues this may cause as a result of insufficient notice on the bride and groom’s part. In the event that you have a change in wedding date, you must give me at least two weeks notice before your existing ceremony date. If this is done, you may reschedule the date for another day that I am available to perform your wedding ceremony.

- Because I offer my services primarily to the San Antonio area, if your wedding venue is more than 15 miles outside of the San Antonio City limits, there will be a  a flat fee assessed to cover mileage costs in addition to the cost of your chosen package. If this applies to your rehearsal or ceremony venues, we will discuss potential fees upon our initial consultation.

- If you purchase a package that includes a rehearsal, there is a $50.00 charge for every 30 minutes that exceeds your allotted rehearsal time. 15 minutes or more will be rounded to half an hour, unless otherwise discussed. This charge will be made at my discretion. Therefore, it is in the best interest of everyone who will be attending, to come focused and ready to participate. This will insure we get the most out of our time, and will ultimately allow the day of your ceremony to be one you will always remember!
